Tony Scotti's Vehicle Dynamics Institute
Tony Scotti's Vehicle Dynamics Institute (VDI) conducts all training other than Instructor and Vehicle Dynamics Programs. Those are conducted at the VDI facilities or a client’s location, with VDI instructors and Tony Scotti as the lead instructor.
VDI is the only training organization authorized to use the Tony Scotti name.
Although VDI has their own web site, consider it an extension of SecurityDriver.Com and Tony Scotti Associates. VDI conducts business and training with the same philosophy that has allowed Tony Scotti to stay in the business for more than 37 years, and he is confident that VDI has another 37 years ahead of them.

VDI is continuing a tradition that began in the early 70’s with the Scotti School of Defensive Driving, VDI designs, develops and presents some of the most sought after driver training programs available to private sector security professionals, law enforcement officers and select military personnel. The VDI programs represent the state-of-the art in advanced driver training. VDI is recognized by security practitioners around the world for providing the most highly effective driver training available today. VDI's clientele include Fortune 500 corporations, elite law enforcement agencies and military special operations units. The firm regularly conducts courses at its expansive training site located in Central New Jersey as well as mobile training programs throughout the US and abroad.
New Jersey Training Site
The programs are conducted at one of the premier motor sports complexes in the northeast. The facility, is a one hour drive from New York City, and affords our students access to a 170,000 square foot defensive/evasive driving pad, a 1.3 mile road course and a 1 mile off-road driving course as well as a separate ½ mile vehicle ambush/counter-ambush course.
