Many state required courses included information and topics that seemed irrelevant and later proved to be just that, while on the job training and learning from experienced professionals proved to be the most effective and useful. However, formal training that was founded on the basics and provided fundamental understanding paved the foundation for the on-the-job training to be so effective.
