Inspire is an English language online magazine reported to be published by the organization al-Qaeda. The magazine is one of the many ways they use to reach an internet audience.

Inspire Magazine is a planning guide for the “lone wolf terrorists.” Every issue they supply a “who-to” assassinate list.

We (International Security Driver Association) have, on many occasions suggested to our members that they check the publication to ensure they are not talking about their area of responsibility or their principal.
