This issue of the magazine offers lessons on building a pressure cooker bomb and where, when and how to detonate the bomb for maximum effectiveness. The picture outlines the four steps in building a successful pressure cooker bomb.
Inspire is the same magazine that in 2010 called for using trucks as a weapon. In the 2010 article titled, “The Ultimate Mowing Machine,” called for jihadists to use a pickup truck as a mowing machine, not to mow grass but to mow down the enemies of Allah. This article appeared before the attack in Cannes. Historically the articles appearing in the magazine have been a precursor to terrorist attacks. We caution all to be diligent, and if at all possible stay clear of large crowds.
