As a side note, I (Tony Scotti) have known Arístides since 1996 when he was a student at Northeastern University. He has worked with the General Sectoral Directorate of Intelligence and Prevention Services (DISIP) in Venezuela, and throughout his long career has held director positions with US companies based in Latin America. A knowledgeable guy with decades of experience.

Arístides holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and Science Police studies (IUPOL – Venezuela) and USCCA Certified Instructor.
