There is a growing demand for nannies that are trained in anti-kidnapping and anti-terrorism.
For more than a century Norland College clientele are among the world’s oligarchs and super-rich, whose children are seen as potential targets for ransom demands. But now, in addition to childcare, students are learning about terrorism, security, and how to avoid high-risk situations. Students nannies at Norland College are being instructed by the former head of UK counter-terrorism on how to protect their young charges from the threat of kidnappers and terror gangs. We found it interesting that part of the training includes surveillance detection and evasive driving.
